Life In Death Valley National Park

During the winter of 2014-2015, We worked st Furnace Creek in Death Valley National Park. At first glance, it is a dry lifeless landscape where it seems no life can exist. We arrived in October and the temperature was 109 degrees. I had never been anywhere where the temperatures had ever gotten that high. It was miserable! So my challenge as a photographer was to find life and beauty is such a desolate landscape and I believe I captured just that. There is truly so much beauty and so much life in Death Valley. It is truly an amazing place to experience. Enjoy the photographs!
